Celebrating a Century of Philately

The FIP has come a long way since it was founded in 1926 in Paris. To commemorate the 100th year milestone, this website has been designed as the window to the rich history of Philately and to bestow tribute to all the great Philatelists who had come before us and paved the way for worldwide organised Philately today.

This site serves as the main resource where you can gain free access to all the archival FIP FLASH magazines; past Congress documents and reports; read the very important but no longer published book  - Origin and Evolution of the FIP by past President Leon Putz, and much more.

In this AI driven world, we hope this site will re-kindle people’s passion for collection of postage stamps, covers and other philatelic items. May more inspired Philatelists participate actively, in person, at the national, international and ultimately in FIP World Stamp Exhibitions.

The FIP Board truly appreciates all who had contributed their precious time to consolidate the archival materials, without which this endeavour could not be completed.
